NotD - Doctor Who Day Five - Daleks

As they are the Doctor's ultimate nemeses I felt I had to at least attempt a Dalek manicure. And it doesn't suck, actually. One of the mixed golds looks way more yellow on the photos than it really is, but I couldn't be bothered to colour-correct that. Also, the top coat dragged a few of the dots, sorry.

I started out with a sheer white base:

• Sally Hansen miracle cure
• CND Ridge Out
• Maybelline Colorama glossy nail color 19 marshmallow
  
• Seche Vite like yesterday, this was the last step overall

Colorama marshmallow is very pretty, but very sheer and definitely shows stains and my patched nail.

I chose to alternate grey and golden Daleks, so I mixed different shades of these colours (applied with brushes and a dotting tool):

• eyestalks and arms: LOOK by BIPA nail tattoo liner 1 silver
• eye: Two-Way Nail Art Pen & Brush  turquoise-y blue and pearly white
  
• grey Dalek - body: s-he 997 mixed with China Glaze Liquid Leather
  
• grey Dalek - bumps: China Glaze Liquid Leather
• golden Dalek - body: Maybelline Colorama glossy nail color 63 beige in love and essence multi dimension 46 insider
  
• golden Dalek - bumps: essence multi dimension 46 insider and Two-Way Nail Art Pen & Brush yellow
