Here's what I used for this manicure:
- OPI Nail Envy
- p2 248 rich
- Seche Vite
- Konad image plate m16
- China Glaze Sci-Fi
- Sally Hansen Diamond Shine
I started by applying two coats of Nail Envy, three of my main colour and sealing the polish with Seche Vite.
p2 rich is very nice, a dark purple with blue/red/purple microglitter, it's quite close to a glass flecked finish. It applied well, three coats are needed to get a perfectly even finish and some depth. The brush is ok, but nothing exciting; the only thing I'm not quite happy with is the drying time.
This is rich in two coats without top coat:
And this is rich in three coats with Seche Vite:
I then added the pretty, though indistinct, clover/vine design from image plate m16 with Sci-Fi on each nail and sealed the manicure with Diamond Shine. I'm very pleased with this top coat, it dries quickly and didn't smudge the stamped design. I need to try it with Konad polishes, though.
It's no secret that China Glaze's polishes from the Khrome collection work great for Konadicures, but judge for yourself. ;-)
I think rich is definitely a keeper. It's dark, it's sleek and it's funky. How do you like it?
