I currently use a tweaked variant of Blogger's Simple design. Both the background and header were created by me and are solely for my own use.
Also, I use Intense Debate to keep my comments orderly, though it has vanished on me a couple of times. Other than those couple of blips I'm very happy with ID's performance.
