My Christmas Manicure

I was in a serious hurry on Christmas Eve amd my polish was chipped and gross. I didn't have the time for nail art, so I thought I'd wear China Glaze Emerald Sparkle. But, horror of horrors, I couldn't find it. So I did a quick layered manicure which turned out lovely enough for me to recreate it tonight.

Only five products were needed:

  • Sally Hansen miracle cure
  • LOOK by BIPA Ridge Filler
  • Sinful Colors 283 San Francisco: this is another polish that Kellie sent me!
  • NYX NP 64 Lime
  • Seche Vite

After doing my usual two-layered base I applied two coats of Sinful Colors San Francisco. I wish we had more sunlight to show you the awesomeness of this green.

Then a coat of NYX Lime and Seche Vite and the manicure was finished. Good thing, as I had about 40 minutes until I had to leave. :-)

I really need to layer more, there are so many amazing combinations!

Gorgeous! :)

How good does this NYX nail polish last on your nails? I only tried this by itself and it chipped just a few hours after I applied it. :(

Thank you, gildedangel.

I haven't tried the NYX on its own yet, Jeanette, but I did a quite a bit of tipwear within a day. I need to swatch it anyway, so I'll do a durability test then. :-)
