NotD - Neon Marble

I seen to really have figured out that marbling thing. Last night I gave the colours of my very first attempt and epic failure another try. When I started looking through the pictures I saw again that I had overlooked some polish residue aroung the edges. So off I went to clean up and re-photograph. Flash pics looked fine, but the few daylight photos I managed not to blur completely still show some gross cuticles.

When I posted my review of the ORLY mani minis set Hot Shots Melissa commented that I should do a manicure with Hottie, Holla and China Glaze Japanese Koi. I tried, but my first attempt at water marbling failed so epically that it took some time for me to give it another try.

For this manicure I started with a shimmery white base:

• LOOK by BIPA Stop Split Vitamin Booster
• LOOK by BIPA Ridge Filler
• Maybelline Colorama glossy nail color 19 marshmallow - two coats
• Seche Vite

Then I prepared my work space and opened my polishes:

• essence colour & go 01 absolute pure - I wanted a bit of space between the neons
• ORLY Hottie
• ORLY Holla
  
• China Glaze Japanese Koi
• CND Air Dry
