What I used today:
- Konad Special Polish white
- Konad image plate m70
- Konad Princess Top Coat
- LOOK by BIPA nail tattoo liner 1 silver
- Seche Vite
As my base was smooth and still free of chips I started by stamping the paint splatter design from image plate m70. In some cases I overlapped parts of the image to achieve different 'veins' on each nail.
I sealed the design with the Princess Top Coat and decided to give my manicure a jewellery feel by painting the tips of my nails silver. A coat of Seche Vite finished my manicure.
Dudes and dudettes, I love this manicure! How about you?
Now go and marble, you know you want to!

For some reason this reminds me of a Georgia storm on a summer day. I like it!!!
Thank you, L. I have no idea how Georgia storms look, but you're making me google stormy pictures (so pretty!).
WOW!!! The marbling looked so earthy and geode-ish (not a word, is it? lol) but with the Konad design, it looks AMAZING! Like something pulled out of the center of the earth (or out of a rock tumbler). You're awesome - this is one of my favorite manicures ever! I would love to try to attempt this sometime. Thanks so much for sharing!
Thank you so much, Brooke!!
Oh drool...............
I'll take that as a compliment, gildedangel. Thank you! ;-)
I am bit scared to try the marbling technique.. still. :D
I love how your manicure looks with the Konad and the silver tips. :)
Thank you, Jeanette! You really don't need to be scared of marbling, if all fails you can always remove it!
Is the Look nail liner good? I know they sell in Italy, and they always have really cheap items! Would you advice me to buy it? :)
Hi, MissMarlboro! That's an excellent question. I have six or seven of them and they're really opaque. The brush is decent, a bit thicker than you'd get in the L.A Colors ArtDeco liners or the 2 in 1 pen and liners I've used, but it's possible to do quite fine lines.
I like LOOK's liners very much, but if you want a lot of colours it would be cheaper to pick up some nail art brushes and to use your regular nail polish.
I want to! I want to!! Um, need to learn how first, lol!! I love your marbling and the konad variation of it.
Thank you, Euridice, this manicure has to be on of my favourites so far. Colette has some really great marbling video tutorials on her blog: http://mysimplelittlepleasures.blogspot.com/
