NotD – My Easter Eggs Look Totally Different

Really, I never decorate Easter eggs in brightly coloured dots (I’ll do an Easter Egg post on my personal blog later- edit: here it is).
This manicure was so easy, it did take a bit of time though. And it’s really effective, even my sister noticed it and that’s no mean feat.

Here’s what I used for this manicure:

• OPI Nail Envy
• essence Secrets of the Past 03 Glittering Daylight
• Barielle Lemondrops
• Eyeko Lilac Polish
• Eyeko Vintage Polish
• Sinful Colors Timbleberry
• Seche Vite

I started with a basic manicure using Nail Envy (2 coats), Glittering Daylight (3 coats) and a coat of Seche Vite.
Then I used my dotting tool to apply dots and a few lines to my nails. Row after row after row… I recommend watching a favourite movie or listening to music while doing this.

It’s not a new idea by far, I must have seen dozens of manicures like this, but it’s pretty, easy and very fitting for Easter. What was on your nails this weekend?
